These standards apply to REVdating, operated by Heimdell Tech AI Ltd. REVdating is an adults-only dating service and does not permit anyone under 18 to create or use an account.
REVdating prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, sexual exploitation or trafficking of children, and any attempt to solicit sexual content from a child.
Users must not create, upload, request, distribute, link to, store, or promote this content or behaviour through REVdating.
Users must be at least 18. We collect date of birth during registration, require an 18+ confirmation, and may review or disable accounts that appear to belong to minors. Misrepresenting age is grounds for removal.
Members can report users, profiles, photos, and messages from within the app. Suspected illegal content can also be reported through the Safety Centre.
Anyone may report a child-safety concern by emailing andrew@heimdell-tech-ai.co.uk. Include only the information needed to locate the account or content. Do not email, download, or redistribute suspected CSAM.
Reports are triaged according to severity. Credible child-safety concerns are prioritised. REVdating may remove or disable content, restrict or permanently ban accounts, preserve relevant information where lawful, and prevent repeat abuse.
Automated moderation may support detection and triage, but enforcement decisions may also receive authorised human review.
When REVdating obtains credible knowledge of suspected CSAM or child exploitation, we act in accordance with applicable law. This may include disabling access, preserving information without unnecessary viewing or copying, and reporting to the appropriate competent authority.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact emergency services by calling 999 in the UK. Do not wait for a response from REVdating.
REVdating complies with applicable child-safety laws and responds to valid legal requests. We review these standards as the service, risks, and legal requirements change.
